The Windsupport team is working hard to make your stay in New York welcoming, smooth, successful and efficient to get ready for the race start on May 29th. Your Team has been registered. We invite you to reserve blocks of rooms. An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of this process.

TAXES
All room rates are quoted inclusive state and local taxes, occupancy tax and destination fee.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Cancellation before February 15 – 90% refund
Cancellation before March 29 – 70% refund
Cancellation before April 30 – 50% refund
Cancellation after May 1st – no refund
In the event cancellation of guaranteed reservations are necessary, notice must be received by Wind Support before May 1st. “No Call/No Show” reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and taxes and any subsequent room nights reserved will be cancelled.
